We are looking for a Building Administration Intern to join our innovative and fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with performing routine maintenance and repairs on building equipment and systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify areas that require maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in responding to office maintenance requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Perform light carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work under the supervision of the senior supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Assist in managing vendor and contractor relationships
- Run errands when required to buy office related supplies, or company car services.
Your Profile:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
About the Internship:
- This will be a six months paid internship;
- The internship will be conducted within the Solaborate premises in the Pristina HQ;
- Solaborate will provide all necessary equipment for the internship;
