We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us grow our business. A Business Development Executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. 

The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional inter-personal skills. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

 

What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM) of prospective client information
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • We work independently, the rest of us won't know what you're doing day-to-day unless you tell us.

 

Skills / Experience you should have

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management is a plus
  • Proven track record of bringing in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce; HubSpot)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

  • Compensation: Base salary + sales commission
