Our growing company needs an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We're searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. A business development manager is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.  


Location: Prishtina, Kosovo  

Type: Regular Full-Time  



  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.  
  • Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities.  
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).  
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows and conferences.  
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting, maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans.  
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's services.  
  • We work independently, the rest of us won't know what you're doing day-to-day unless you tell us.  
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.  
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain and grow accounts.  
  • Creating and, maintaining a list/database of prospective clients; maintaining a database (CRM) of prospective client information.  
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.  
  • Developing quotes and proposals.  



Experience Requirements:  

  • BA or BS degree with at least 3-5 years direct business development experience  
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role  
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management.  
  • Proven track record of bringing in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.  
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)  
  • Proficiency in English  
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented  
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives  
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
