We are looking for a contract and financial/purchasing Manager with work experience mainly in the private sector, for our international client. The company is searching for a motivated individual with a focus on career development. 

Job Details:

Location: Abroad (Central Asia and Eastern Europe)

Relocation package: Family relocation negotiable

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage/tracks a company’s sourcing capabilities and supply chain
  • Follow up with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals
  • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions;
  • Reconcile bank statements;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports;
  • Manage company contracts with clients and other parties;
  • Monitor contract performance;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports;

Job requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
  • Proven work experience in Finance, Contract Management, procurement or similar role;
  • Solid knowledge of financial, accounting, procurement and administrative procedures;
  • Advanced MS Excel skills;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Readiness to learn new software’s;
  • BSc degree in Economics or Law;
  • Good English language knowledge. Other languages are advantage (Italian, German, Serbian, Russian)
