Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, practical, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the International SaaS COO – Operations and Accountability. This position will be responsible for overseeing the company’s intra-team operations and ensuring that the company’s operational excellence, reporting, accountability, and guidelines are met.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and focus on the implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across all our teams
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and guidelines for operations
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance against established KPIs
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives
  • Establish and maintain effective reporting and use of virtual meeting practices
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the company’s performance against established KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports to the CEO and Board of Directors on operations
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase operational efficiency
  • Manage change initiatives and support the international team in transitioning to new processes, systems, and tools
  • Allocate, and shift human resources between teams depending on skills and workload to optimize performance.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field; MBA/Master’s degree preferred
  • 6-10 years of experience in operations, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Experience, or competence in project management of software
  • Proven track record, or demonstrated competence in successful leadership and management of international teams
  • Strong understanding of international business practices and culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to initiating, following up and completing projects
  • Friendly, and calm personality with a team-oriented mindset
  • Practical, hands-on approach in addition to strategic thinking
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
