ConnIT aims to transform companies by offering excellent Information and Communication Technology services by optimizing the latest technological and business solutions. We are starting in Kosovo from January 2020 and we are looking forward to building our team.

ConnIT is looking for professionals in customer service support:

German and preferably English (3 Employees)

French and preferably English (2 Employees)

 

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers via phone, email, and live chat in German or French and English strongly preferred
  • Resolve client queries and provide support when required
  • Ensure that all client’s requests are processed on time with no delay
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure client satisfaction

 

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
