Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Prishtina, Kosova. When you join us, you will be involved in the overall digital marketing strategy, developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to ensure digital growth. Also, you will be responsible for the performance of digital programs and partner closely with the extended marketing and sales development functions. Finally, your central goal will be to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Purpose:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to set up and manage the company's overall digital marketing strategies. You will play a vital role in accomplishing our business objectives and goals. In addition, you should have demonstrable experience of working with major technologies and marketing channels. You may fill a single role in the organization or lead a team of employees. Your work often extends across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities.
  • Develops and implements all advanced digital marketing campaigns e.g., Pay-per-click (PPC)/Pay-Per-Performance (PPP), Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Email Marketing, Send Marketing Messages (SMS) campaigns.
  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Works with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
  • Leads marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.
  • Designs and maintains our social media presence.
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spending and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Monitors and evaluates online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective.
  • Tracks and measures SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provides reports.
  • Researches competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Researches and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Plans and oversees new marketing initiatives.
  • Researches organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field,
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in the field of Marketing,
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal),
  • Working knowledge of leading and managing SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Experience in executing successful social media campaigns
  • Exhibit practical experience in keyword research, SEO management, email, and marketing database
  • Undisputable knowledge of marketing and web analytics tools such as Google Ads, SEMRush, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills,
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills,
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness,
