What will YOU do?
- Preparing and organizing plans and strategies for PECB Conferences and Gala Ceremonies
- Identifying potential speakers/panelists
- Coordinating all operations related to PECB conferences and Gala Ceremonies
- Creating promotional content (flyers, brochures, agendas, emails, videos, after movies, interviews, etc.)
- Preparing emails and newsletters to be sent to speakers, attendees, or other network
- Keeping the communication flow with the interested/potential/current speakers/panelists
- Keeping communication with the conference attendees and assisting them
- Managing and updating the conference website
- Providing visa invitations for the conference attendees
- Preparing and managing the content and concepts of Conference App
- Preparing post-event content such as videos, brochures, interviews, articles, surveys, etc.
- Planning, organizing, and executing online sessions similar to Webinars
- Setting up online sessions and assist attendees with technical support and inquiries
- Managing and updating the website to include information about online sessions
Your profile
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or related field is recommended
- Proven experience with managing events
- Skilled in project management
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Customer-service orientation
