We are looking for experienced Architect in the private sector field, to join architect’s studio (for our international client). Responsible person will supervise the development of housing and commercial properties.

Job responsibilities:
- Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact;
- Prompt reaction and compliance with local urban requirements
- Jointly with other colleagues in the team will control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design;
- Perform on site visits to check on project status and report on project;
- Keep within budgets and timelines;
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations;
Job requirements:
- 5+ years proven working experience as an Architect
- Knowledge of architecture software (please list the used software when applying)
- Computer literacy;
- Readiness to learn new software’s;
- BSc degree in Architecture;
- Good English language knowledge. Other languages are advantage (Italian, German, Serbian, Russian)
