We are looking for a Facilities Operations Intern to join our innovative and fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Assist with coordinating office moves and furniture rearrangements
- Perform routine inspections of the office and address any safety concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of company events and activities
- Assist with vendor management, including coordination of services and ensuring compliance with contracts and agreements
- Assist with creating and maintaining a facility management database
- Run errands when required to buy office related supplies, or company car services.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
About the Internship:
- This will be a six months paid internship;
- The internship will be conducted within the Solaborate premises in the Pristina HQ;
- Solaborate will provide all necessary equipment for the internship;
