EPPC Kosovo, on behalf of its client, Mondelēz International, Inc., one of the world's largest snacks companies (well-known brands as Milka, Oreo, Toblerone, 7Days, Philadelphia, Ritz, Tuc, Halls etc.) operating in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, is currently recruiting a Field Sales Supervisor for Kosovo.

The candidate that will fulfill all job requirements and is going to be the right fit for this position, will be hired as staff leasing at EPPC Kosovo.

 

Essential responsibilities:

  • Follows and monitors MDLZ strategy implementation and agreed plan with the Distributor at regional level;
  • Ensures that Mondelez products are stored in all retail outlets in the assigned area;
  • Delivers set targets for the respective area: SI/SO, distribution, coverage, Perfect Store KPIs;
  • Ensures in-store excellence within respective coverage: in both MT and TT stores;
  • Ensures that all sales opportunities are fully exploited in modern and traditional trade through direct contacts with the Distributor, Distributor’s Sales Force and Store Managers;
  • Effectively utilizes the company’s support services e.g. promotion material, advertising etc.;
  • Organizes and optimizes the distributors’ work in the assigned area. Tracks and measures the performance;  
  • Informs the Sales Development Manager about market changes and competitors’ activities within the region;
  • Is constantly up-to-date with the latest company plans, NPD launches and market trends;
  • Offers distribution support by informing the distributor’s sales force on new store openings/new customers, identifying new opportunities to expand the distribution channels, keeping shelf placement in accordance with Mondelez standards, through Distributor’s Sales Force and MDL Sales Executives;
  • Monitors and audits the performance of Distributor’s Sales Representatives at retail level.

 

Professional Expertise and Key Skills: 

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree;
  • Previous working experience of 3+ years in FMCG industry;
  • Understanding of retail environment and local distribution systems;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Proficiency in English - written and spoken;
  • A customer/result-oriented person that can determine priorities and make qualitative decisions;  
  • Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills;
  • Able to handle a difficult business environment and build a successful team;
  • Valid driver's license, category B.
