Finance and Administration Officer

Competence and Personal Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business and Administration or finance-related fields;
  • Knowledge in International Accounting Standards;
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
  • Knowledge of English as a working language, knowledge of German language is an advantage;
  • HR Administration;
  • Ensure financial and administrative records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes;
  • Responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and finance operations;
  • Maintenance of financial and administrative documentation;
  • Computer skills in (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI);
  • Outstanding written and communication skills;
  • Collaborative and team-oriented;
