A Flutter Developer is required to support client engagements. Key responsibilities will be supporting senior team members and acting as a key member of the project team. There will be significant interaction with technical and functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Work with the product engineering lead, engagement leader and other senior project team members or client resources to provide technical solutions through modelling and proof of concepts.
· Participate in identifying problem areas and defining solutions
· Able to articulate problems and solutions in non-technical language to stakeholders
· Understand interactions and dependencies between software components
· Design and develop software solutions to client requirements
· Support the product engineering lead(s) in project set up, execution and key ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives
· Support learning and development activities for junior product engineering resources
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
· College / university degree, Bacc. Ing. Comp (or similar)
· Excellent knowledge of English – both written and spoken
· 3+ years’ experience in mobile software development
· 1+ year in developing Flutter applications for both iOS and Android
· Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
· Understanding of Android Keyboard API
· It is an advantage to have Java/Swift experience
· Evidence optimising applications for material design
· Experience with automated build and test
· Familiar with GIT, Jenkins and other CI/CD development environments.
· Experience of working in scrum / sprint teams using agile ways of working including knowledge of JIRA / ADO.
