Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled individual who not only excels in graphic design but also brings expertise in video editing. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs and engaging video content that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design and video content requirements and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for various marketing materials, including but not limited to print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, presentations, and videos.
• Proficiently edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other promotional initiatives.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Developing concepts and designing all collateral materials, including but not limited to; flyers, brochures, catalogs, infographics, business cards, banners, logos, presentations, etc.
• Supporting the marketing team with photo editing and vector illustration
• Managing and maintaining vector files, photos, and the logos of the company, and partners
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements into projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs and videos.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay informed about advancements in design software and tools, continuously enhancing skills.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field; or a combination of equivalent experience and/or education;
• Proven experience (over two years) as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and video editing software (Adobe Premier Pro & Adobe After Effects)
• A thorough understanding of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated expertise in video editing with a strong portfolio of video content.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently (with minimum supervision) as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of current design trends and a passion for creativity.
• Proficiency in English (written & verbal)
• Ability to work well under pressure, grasp new ideas quickly, think outside the box, and be able to keep up with a dynamic environment;
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Willing to learn and grow as well as to challenge and contribute to ideas;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
