Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing and advertisement agency. Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

Develop visually engaging designs for a wide range of projects, including digital and print advertisements, branding materials, social media content, promotional materials, and more.

Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with clients' objectives and target audiences.

Branding and Identity:

Assist in the creation and evolution of brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual elements that reflect the essence of clients' brands.

Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all design materials.

Advertisement Campaigns:

Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into impactful visual designs that resonate with the target audience.

Design eye-catching advertisements and promotional materials that effectively communicate the campaign's message and goals.

Digital and Social Media:

Create compelling graphics and visuals for social media platforms, ensuring that designs are optimized for online engagement and shareability.

Design banners, headers, and images for websites and digital platforms that enhance user experience.

Print Collateral:

Design brochures, flyers, posters, and other print materials that effectively convey information and captivate the audience.

Coordinate with printers and suppliers to ensure the quality production of printed materials.

Client Collaboration:

Consult with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and objectives, and translate these insights into impactful design solutions.

Present design concepts and ideas to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertisement agency environment.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including advertisements, branding, digital assets, and print collateral.

Creative flair and the ability to generate innovative design concepts that align with clients' objectives.

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
