PECB is looking for an HR Officer to join our team in Prishtina, Kosovo. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic person to learn and grow his/her skills in the field.

What will YOU do?
The purpose of this position is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes and talent management. You will be responsible for providing human resource services that enhance PECB’s culture, vision and values.
Day –to – day tasks:
- Carry out the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and prepare health insurance lists
- Track employee attendance and manage leave requests
- Address employee concerns and inquiries
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Ensure that employees are aware of and adhere to company policies
- Assist in the performance appraisal process
- Maintain performance records and documentation
- Generate regular HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and training
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts
- Utilize HR software for record-keeping, payroll, and reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and security of HR data.
Your profile
- At least 1 year of work experience in HR
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR or any related fields
- Knowledge of all applicable Kosovo laws, rules and regulations
- Good command of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Ability to work effectively with people at various levels throughout the organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a high pace, dynamic environment
- Willing to learn and grow as well as to challenge and contribute to ideas
- Work well independently with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in English (written & verbal)
