PECB is looking for an HR Officer to join our team in Prishtina, Kosovo. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic person to learn and grow his/her skills in the field.

What will YOU do?

The purpose of this position is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes and talent management. You will be responsible for providing human resource services that enhance PECB’s culture, vision and values. 

Day –to – day tasks:

  • Carry out the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and prepare health insurance lists
  • Track employee attendance and manage leave requests
  • Address employee concerns and inquiries
  • Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure that employees are aware of and adhere to company policies
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process
  • Maintain performance records and documentation
  • Generate regular HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and training
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Utilize HR software for record-keeping, payroll, and reporting
  • Ensure the accuracy and security of HR data.

Your profile

  • At least 1 year of  work experience in HR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR or any related fields
  • Knowledge of all applicable Kosovo laws, rules and regulations
  • Good command of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Ability to work effectively with people at various levels throughout the organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a high pace, dynamic environment
  • Willing to learn and grow as well as to challenge and contribute to ideas
  • Work well independently with minimum supervision
  • Proficiency in English (written & verbal)
