We are currently seeking for a Human Resources Associate to join our branch in Prishtina.

Job Overview 

We are looking for a qualified, energetic HR Associate to be a part of our Human Resources department. The hire will be primarily responsible for assisting our Payroll Outsourcing practice by using a certain software to run and manage payroll for our clients within the United States market. Besides that, the candidate should also support and facilitate the management of internal Human Resources practices by actively engaging in its activities.

To be able to perform in this job role, you should have a complete knowledge of best human resources practices and familiarity with data analytics and visualizations. In addition to this, you should be empathetic and demonstrate good decision-making skills. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be an added advantage. 

Responsibilities  

  • Actively participate in the Payroll Outsourcing function by managing client payroll and ensuring payroll compliance
  • Data entering, analytics and visualizations in regard of client reports
  • Establish and maintain client relations
  • Draft and communicate payroll reports to specific clients
  • Ensure payroll compliance with state and federal regulations within the US market
  • Assist the conduction of all internal Human Resources practices: Recruiting, Data Management, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Employee Relations
  • Coordinating day-to-day activities with the Human Capital Manager.

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, General Management, or related fields
  • 1-3 years of work-related experience
  • Complete understanding of the Human Resources best practices and legal guidelines
  • Knowledge on Data Analytics and Visualization
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office package especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and reliable individual.
