Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct human resources functions in the company, including building and implementing a performance measurement system, hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, enforcing company policies and practices, etc.


  • Design, oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics


 QUALIFICATIONS - Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree desirable).
  • 3+ years of human resources experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work independently, self-directed, with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
