ITBM is looking for a dynamic Human Resources/Recruiting Intern who has an interest in all aspects of human resources and recruitment. The position requires exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to quickly build trusting relationships with office staff. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the documentation of HR operational processes and procedures.
  • Support special projects across all aspects of HR as needed.
  • Support the Recruiter by assisting with initial sourcing and screening of candidates to determine match to the position requirements. 
  • Reviews resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates. 
  • Assist in maintaining records within the ATS. 
  • Performing administrative tasks with regard to compliance and record maintenance for the company 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and detailed oriented 
  • Prior sales or recruiting experience preferred 
  • Ability to operate in a confidential work environment 
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft Office, Power Point 
  • Current Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in a bachelor’s required.
