We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with end customers and vendors, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

You must be comfortable making dozens of calls/emails per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and taking care of customers needs.


Beside having great sales skills, technical skills are welcomed. Experience in customer service is benefit.


  • Working with sales executives as a Conduent into assigned accounts for: Setting up of proper partner / end user relationships in Salesforce, creating Nav ID for new Resellers into appropriate Procurri billing divisions.
  • Quoting new opportunities and renewal opportunities using Salesforce CRM into proper partner / end user accounts.
  • Reviewing lists of assets requiring quoting from partners and end users.
  • Reviewing the Support Product List (SPL) with deal desk to determine what can be supported and what assets need further review.
  • Working with Deal Desk on the pricing to be provided back to the clients and or the Procurri sales executives (SE).
  • Attending calls with clients to go over the quotes, PO requirements, List clarifications and clean ups (ie: addresses) helping close deals with the Procurri SE.
  • Completing the Procurri order processing steps into the deal desk entry sales, filling in the maintenance template with all required data.
  • Assisting the Time & Material CSR’s with who to work with at client level for T&M quotes / PO’s when requested.
  • Assist with Sales Pipeline reporting.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel (it’s a must) and experience on CRM software’s
  • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficient English knowledge (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Data entry skills.
