IT Specialist 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer
  systems, software and hardware;
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone;
• Train computer users;
• Maintain daily performance of the computer systems;
• Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software;
   

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in English language
• Knowledge of Mikrotik, Microsoft Active directory or CCNA certificate will be a plus;
• Good technical skills;
• Team player.
