We are looking for an IT Technician to join the team and help facilitate the growth of the company.
 

Location: Prishtina, Kosovo

Type: Regular Full-Time
 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the day-to-day IT technical support services
• Provides assistance and support for regular and on-call requests
• Regular backup of data from the server;
• Expertise in diagnosing computer, printer, and computer peripheral hardware problems and in troubleshooting, adding, removing, and configuring components to resolve issues;
• Scheduled scanning of network computers and servers for viruses and malware;
• Wireless configuration and wireless security;
• Regular updates on the server and on computer;
• Installation of programs;
• Router and bandwidth allocation based on business need;
• Ability to interpret and apply rules and regulations;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Other computer related services as necessary; 
   

Required Skills: 

• Experience supporting desktop computers in a Windows/TCPIP environment.
• Knowledge in network setup, configuration and Maintenace
• Knowledge of VPN connectivity and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills. 
  
   

Education & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree Preferred
• 3 years minimum of IT related experience 
  
   

Certifications: 

• Certifications are a plus
