Gompels Healthcare Ltd is based in the UK. We are seeking a talented MSSQL / .NET developer to join our team. This is a key role within our organisation ensuring that our colleagues have the tools they need to make their lives easier.

As a supplier of PPE to the care home market we functioned during the entirety of the pandemic at above average demands.  Our in-house systems and expertise allowed us to cope with these demands quickly and efficiently whilst also maintaining quality and performance. We continue to operate at above average demand and as such require additional support.

Our ideal candidate would require experience with the following items:

  • Microsoft SQL – we use many complex queries and Stored Procedures. It is essential the successful candidate has advanced knowledge of stored procedures to ensure our database integrity
  • .NET Core and Object Orientated programming
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Git for version control

 

Candidates will also be using a number of other technologies, so experience or knowledge of these would be advantageous

  • IIS
  • DACPAC
  • RabbitMQ message broker
  • HTML5 (HTML5, JavaScript & CSS)
  • PHP7 / 8

This is a full-time position as part of the team, requiring 100% commitment, this is not a side job/freelance/part-time and therefore you should be intending this to be your primary and only full-time job/commitment. 

 

This is an office based role from our Distribution Centre based in Melksham. 

Candidates will be required to complete a skills test prior to interview.
