Periudha ndërmjet ftesës dhe dorëzimit të ofertave është 45 ditë, sipas ITB 22.1 të Fletave te dhënave të Tenderit (FTD)
1. Republika e Kosovës ka marrë financim nga Fondi Saudit për Zhvillim dhe Fondi i OPEC -ut për koston e Përmirësimit të Projektit të Rrugës kryesore Milloshevë - Mitrovicë M2, dhe synon të aplikojë një pjesë të të ardhurave për pagesat sipas kontratës për Punët ndërtimore ne Zgjerimin e seksionit nga 7.165 km - 16.95 km, Milloshevë -Mitrovicë M2 – Lot 1
2. Punët ndërtimore përfshijnë Zgjerimin e rrugës ekzistuese, nga rrugë me dy korsi në një rrugë me dy drejtime te ndara me nga dy korsi,secila me 3.75 m gjerësi, me korsi ndihmëse në të të dyja anët me gjerësi 2,0 m dhe objekte tjera anës rrugës. Shpejtësia e projektuar e rrugës është 60- 100 km/h.
3. Ministria e Mjedisit Planifikimit Hapësinor dhe Infrastrukturës (Agjencia Ekzekutuese) përmes Njësisë për Zbatimin e Projektit (NJZP) tani fton kompanitë e kualifikuara qe të ofrojne ofertat e tyre Punët ndërtimore ne Zgjerimin e seksionit nga 7.165 km - 16.95 km, Milloshevë -Mitrovicë M2 – Lot 1
4. 5. Ofertat duhet të dorëzohen ne adresën e poshtëshënuar, në ose përpara datës 16/11/2023 në oren12:00 dhe duhet shoqëruar nga sigurimi i ofertës ( 2% deri 5%) e vlerës se ofertës të dorëzuar.
6. Ofertat do të hapen ne praninë e përfaqësuesve te ofertuesve qe zgjedhin te marrin pjesë në datën 16/11/2023 në orën 12:00 te kohës lokale, në adresën specifikuar më poshtë.
7. Një kufi preference do t'u jepet kompanive Saudite, ose kompanive Saudite ne konsorcium (Joint Venture JV) me kompanitë vendore, siç parashihet ne artikullin ITB 33.1 të Fletave te dhënave të Tenderit (FTD).

The period between invitation and submission of offers is 45 days, as per ITB 22.1 of Bid Data Sheet (BDS)
1. TheRepublic of Kosova hasreceived financing from theSaudiFundforDevelopment(SFD)and
OPEC Fund for International Development toward the cost of Upgrading the Milloshevë -
Mitrovicë M2 Main Road Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward
payments under the contract for Civil Works of the Upgrading section, from 7.165 km to
16.95 km.
2. The civil works consists of upgrading the existing road from a single carriageway to a
separated dual 2-lane carriageway, each with 3.75m width, emergency lanes on the both side
with the width of 2,0m and other road side facilities. The design speed of road is 60-100km/h.
3. The Ministry of Environment Spatial Planning and Infrastructure MESPI (Executing
Agency) through Project Management Unit (PMU) now invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the Construction and completion of Lot 1: Civil Works for the Upgrading
Milloshevë - Mitrovicë M2 Main Road Project, section from 7.165km to 16.95km.
4. The bidding document in English language may be obtained free of charge by interested
bidders by the submission of a written application/request to the email-address below:

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 16/11/2023 at 12:00 hrs and must be
accompanied by a Bid security of (2% to 5%) of the value of the submitted bid.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on
16/11/2023 at 12:00 hrs local time at the address specified below.
7. A margin of preference shall be given to Saudi Companies or to Saudi Companies in Joint
Venture JV with local Companies. (As per ITB 33.1 of Bid Data Sheet BDS).
Submission of Bids, in English (One Original plus two (2) copies), in a sealed envelope clearly
marked “Civil Works for the Upgrading Milloshevë - Mitrovicë M2 Main Road Project”,
section from 7.165km to 16.95km, must be hand-delivered or by registered mail/ courier to the
address indicated below not later than 16/11/2023 at 12:00 hrs, local time.
