Call for the job position - Project and Funding Coordinator

Job description;

Project Coordination;

• Coordination and content preparation of meetings in Cooperation with ALE-National Stakeholders, ALE providers and  civil society adult education organizations in Kosovo, for establishment of  the new ALE - Network in Kosovo;
• Preparation and implementation of study visits and coordination of other ALE national measures in Kosovo; 
• Organization of meetings and working groups in cooperation with partner organizations; 
• Gathering of relevant information and best practice examples; 
• Creation of publications in Albanian and English Languages (sometimes also in other foreign languages); 
• Preparation of the concept and content support for the national ALE-lobby activities (conferences, round tables, etc.)  in consultation with the Country Director of DVV International in Kosovo;
• Presentations and communication with relevant institutions, partners and participants; 
• Supporting the Country Director in preparing of plans and reports: semi-annual reports, annual reports and plans for Kosovo;
• Presence at important events in Kosovo and business trips abroad. 

Funding Coordination; 

• Preparation of concepts and donor applications in coordination with the Country Director in Kosovo;
• Development of the area of third-party funding in agreement with the Kosovo Country Director; 
• Creation of a Concept for the systematic development of the area of third-party funding for DVV International in Kosovo; 
• Exchange with interested partner institutions; allocating of financing options, preparation of at least 3 project applications (at least 1 per year) in the period 2022-2024 in consultation with the Country Director in Kosovo;

 Required educational background and experience: 

• Personal CV  (Only in English Language);  
• Qualification: Master Degree (desired)
• At least 3 years of working experience in the role of Project and Funding Coordination, in a local NGO or foreign organizations in Kosovo;
• Proven experience in coordination of projects and relevant activities;
• Proven experience in preparing applications to various funding authorities (EU, etc.)
• Knowledge of languages: Albanian, English, German (desired), Serbian (desired).

Working hours for position - Project and Funding Coordinator are 30 hours per week (6 hours per day), monthly salary is Netto – 815.32 EUR.
