About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning projects from ideation to launch. You will play a critical role in determining timelines and resources for multiple projects at a time. Additionally, this role will lead project meetings to ensure all necessary stakeholders are involved and to document changes and track KPIs. You’ll also work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure all stakeholders are up-to-date with project statuses and help identify/remove any roadblocks. 

 

The Project Manager works from Butler Hospitality office in Prishtina and reports directly to a Lead Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Help work with other teams to execute on multi-team projects
• Attend all project meetings
• Maintain project documentation
• Follow up on Action items related to ongoing projects
• Set meetings, resources, and deadlines for ongoing projects
• Understanding overall project scope & stakeholders
• Discover and coordinate resolution of roadblocks

 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience at a tech or software development company
• Strong written and communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to create processes from scratch
