For our amazing client, a leading tech company specializing in software development, data science, data management and business intelligence, we are looking for two Project Managers based in Prishtina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Planning, keeping records of client transactions;
- Relationship Management, communicating client needs and demands to the CEO;
- Supported software quality assurance to ensure optimal progress and product stability for end users;
- Define project objectives and scope;
- Track down the objectives and scope;
- Breakdown requirements of the clients in tasks, sprints, milestones and long term project plan;
- Drive the project forward;
- Lead the team;
- Maintain and expand the team;
- Monitor and review team performance and performance goals;
- Maintain client relationships;
- Create and maintain tasks backlog;
- Measure and monitor KPIs;
- Ensure the implementation of company development cycle and company policies/processes;
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management;
- Experience working for a tech company;
- Independent individuals who are able to drive their responsibilities without constant supervision;
- Technical know-how;
- Know exactly how to conduct the responsibilities;
- Want to work in a friendly working environment;
- Independent individuals who are able to drive their responsibilities
