Project Manager/QA Team Member
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager/QA team member to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will manage projects across various development teams while also ensuring the quality of our products through thorough testing and feedback. You will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating between teams, and maintaining the highest quality standards in our deliverables.

Project Manager/QA Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Leading and facilitating meetings to ensure the team stays aligned on goals and timelines.
- Conducting testing, identifying bugs, and ensuring defects are resolved before product release.
- Collaborating with development teams to create and maintain test plans and cases.
- Tracking project performance to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Providing clear and timely communication with clients and internal teams.
- Documenting and reporting progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or QA roles.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with QA processes, including test case creation, bug tracking, and manual/automated testing.
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Asana) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Trello).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to high quality standards.
