We are currently looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our quality assurance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by conducting thorough testing, identifying bugs and issues, and working closely with the development team to facilitate corrections. Familiarity with task management solutions like Asana or JIRA is crucial as you will use these tools to track and manage testing activities and communicate findings with the development team. QA Analyst Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand product specifications and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report any defects to the development team.
• Monitor debugging process results and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Use task management solutions like Asana or JIRA to document all testing phases and defects effectively.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards before deployment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.

 

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Familiarity with task management and bug tracking tools such as Asana or JIRA.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate testing outcomes and recommendations clearly.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
