Job Summary:

The QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for the compliance of ITBM services with the valid Standards and Specifications defined. In this position he is directly reporting to the QA/QC/HSE.
 

The QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections
  • Coordinate all site inspections with the site responsible 
  • Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status 
  • Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken 
  • Review all inspection reports for compliance 
  • Assist the site QA/QC Manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system 
  • Lease with the site responsible and provide assistance when requested 
  • Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA/QC Manager and assist in developing corrective actions 
  • Assist the QA/QC Manager and site responsible in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities 
  • Coordinate with the customers QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems 
  • Coordinate with the site responsible to ensure that communications exist and are maintained 
  • Assist the site responsible in the resolution of documentation interpretation 
  • Attend the regular QA/QC meetings 
  • Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customers contract specializations 
  • The issuance of nonconformance reports in conjunction with the QA/QC Manager
  • The completion of QA/QC site instructions and coordinate their closure
  • The review of inspection test packages during the course of service activities 
  • Compliance with the health and safety regulations

     

Job Requirements:

  • University degree or comparable qualifications
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in QA/QC preferably in international service business
  • Fluent in English language, other languages would be an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Must possess intercultural skills and demonstrate ability to effectively work with all levels of company personnel and external clients
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel and work within crisis areas
