Recruiter 

Main duties and Responsibilities: 
- Design and update job descriptions; 
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional
platforms); 
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms; 
- Updating Recruitment data base; 
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person); 
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally; 
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events; 
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs;  

Requirements: 

- Higher education (preferable in Business Administration or Social Sciences);
- Fluency in English is a must and German Language will be considered an asset; 
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs; 
- At least 1-year experience as a Recruiter - Mandatory;
- Ability to work in team;
- Active, hard-working.
