We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Recruiter and Executive Assistant. This dual-role position offers the opportunity to play a key role in our company's growth by sourcing top talent and providing executive support to our leadership team.

Position Overview: As a Recruiter and Executive Assistant at AMK Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
  • Manage the offer process, including preparing offer letters and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Executive Assistant:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate.
  • Coordinate and plan company events and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter and/or executive assistant.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive Suite and HR software.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
