Job description: As a Remote Administrative Assistant at Banulla Bespoke, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and customer service efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Initiating contact with potential customers from a pool of leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries via direct messages on Instagram and email, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Presenting our company and its offerings to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our custom fitted wardrobes.
  • Identifying client requirements through active listening and effective communication, and recommending suitable products/services to meet their needs.
  • Utilizing the IKEA- PAX planner to create personalized wardrobe designs for clients.

Requirements: 

  • Fluency in English, both written and oral, is essential.
  • A communicative and energetic personality with a readiness to learn and adapt.
  • Passion for sales and a business-oriented mindset.
  • Basic technical skills, including proficiency with computers and internet research.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • A stable internet connection is required for remote work.
