Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Maintain 24 hr. response time to client emails/ requests/ questions
  • Completes work in timely manner and strives to increase productivity
  • Use of screening production and drug testing systems for ordering, and processing of screening work. Raw data processing and scoring and review of scoring results are just a few of the functions.
  • Thoroughly understands and follows all client requirements using available resources to ascertain services required as it relates to assigned duties. Questions and issues should be escalated as appropriate
  • Researching/resolving inquiries from technicians, servicing companies and clients, as it relates to the screening process
  • Use of screening system to understand status of contractor screenings, including support of drug testing process when needed
  • Performing routine follow-ups, assigned audits to ensure completion of work and minimize aging of orders.
  • Identification of individuals in our database that need services
  • Management of duties with competing demands

  • Excellent English – verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude with high energy
  • Ability to think, problem-solve, take action, and follow-through
  • Must be flexible to work shifts as required (evenings, weekends, and holidays)

  • A quiet room to work
  • A Headset
  • Upload of 10 MB and Download of more than 10 MB for Internet
  • Windows 10 Computer with minimum 4 Gig RAM
