Sales Engineer (2 positions)

1,350.00 euro + bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Engineer will have responsibility for concluding successful contracts with local and/or international clients.
  • Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.


Functional responsibilities:

  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region;
  • Travelling to visit potential clients, if needed;
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements;
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Preparing the most competitive financial proposals;
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;
  • Offering after-sales support services;
  • Administering client accounts;
  • Analyzing costs and sales;
  • Preparing reports for head office;
  • Meeting regular sales targets;
  • Strongly cooperating with vendors and/or building new partnership;
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs;
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
  • Solving client problems;
  • Helping in the design of custom-made products;
  • Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.


Position Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • 3+ years of working experience within the software development;
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms via presentations and written forms;
  • Knowledge regarding Product Management, People Management, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Inventory Control, Financial Planning and Strategy;
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms via presentations and written forms.
