We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our office in Prishtina, Kosovo! 

Job responsibilities

  • Analyzing the market and finding new clients (both companies and physical people) through effective networking.
  • Being the first point of contact with the client including as the initial technical reference point and communicating effectively to manage client’s expectations to ensure they receive great feedback.
  • Creating special offers according to the client’s needs.
  • Organizing meetings and concluding contracts.
  • Daily conversations with actual clients.
  • Measure the customer's satisfaction and design plans to increase the number of subscribers.
  • Participating in sales activities related to processes and tools
  • Identification and analysis of competitors’ websites and products.
  • Identify and analyze new markets / new online stores.
  • Meeting monthly sales KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Consultation about consumers.


Required skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • An energetic person who learns fast.
  • Persistence and Commitment.
  • An ambitious and positive person.
  • Knowledge of the English language is required.
  • Knowledge about digital marketing is required.
  • The sales experience will be considered an advantage.


Working Hours: 08 -16h (Mon-Fri)
