Available position: Sales Representative-Office Employee

We are looking for Bsc Graduates of Shipping, or Business Administration, or other relevant studies, for the position of ‘Sales Representative’ for our office in KOSOVO, PRISTINA, a well-established office providing services to the second in the World Liner (Container) Shipping Company.

In this position you will provide services to our customers, monitor their needs, ensures a smooth sales process of our services and explore new sales leads.

The Key responsibilities of the Position are the following:

- Contact and built strong relationship with customers,
- Send quotations to customers,
- Submit and follow Bookings for specific Customers,
- Report on agreed intervals to the Office Manager and HQ in Greece, outcome of the container market,
- Visit existing or potential customers to evaluate their needs, deliver presentations and promote our services,
- Maintain customer records,
- Control freight manifests,
- Evaluate feedback from customers and relay as required,
- Monitor competition,
- Meet or exceed sales goals according to annual commercial budget.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum 1-3 years’ working proven experience, excellent computer skills, excellent knowledge of English language (verbal/written), attention on details, team spirit along with the ability to work independently excellent communication and presentation skills, willing to work and developed.
