Senior Account Manager;
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and expanding client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Conduct needs assessments, gather client feedback, and identify opportunities for enhancing services.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects according to client specifications.
Client Retention Strategies:
-Develop and execute comprehensive client retention strategies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and sustained long-term partnerships.
-Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential challenges to prevent dissatisfaction.
-Engage with executives and senior stakeholders within client organizations, demonstrating a keen understanding of their business goals and challenges.
Client Feedback and Retention:
- Proactively seek client feedback to measure satisfaction and implement strategies for service enhancement.
- Develop initiatives to improve client retention rates and contribute to business growth.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and governance requirements in documentation and processes.
Thought Leadership:
-Represent the agency as a thought leader in the marketing industry through participation in conferences, webinars, and writing articles on relevant topics.
-Leverage industry knowledge to position the agency as a go-to resource for clients seeking innovative marketing solutions.
Crisis Management and Conflict Resolution:
-Navigate complex client situations and crisis scenarios with a calm and strategic approach, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining trust.
-Act as the escalation point for critical client concerns, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Collaboration with Account Director
- Work closely with the Account Director to align client strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate on account planning, ensuring a unified and cohesive approach to client management.
- Seek input and guidance from the Account Director on strategic decisions and client engagement initiatives.
- Regularly update the Account Director on project progress and client interactions for strategic alignment.
Collaboration with Creative Department:
- Partner with the Creative Department to translate client objectives into creative strategies.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the Creative Department to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
- Coordinate brainstorming sessions and idea exchanges to enhance project creativity.
- Provide valuable client insights to the Creative Department for the development of impactful campaigns.
Teamwork:
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the account management team.
- Encourage open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to collective problem-solving.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration for overall project success.
Strategic Planning with the Team:
- Engage the account management team in strategic planning sessions to gather diverse perspectives.
- Encourage team members to contribute ideas and insights for client solutions.
- Lead by example in demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
