SEO Manager

PECB is looking for an SEO Manager to join its team in Prishtina, Kosovo. II. Job Purpose

PECB is interested in hiring an SEO Manager in the Product Marketing Department to deal with different tasks within SEO. The candidate will help PECB ensure on-page optimization to produce relevant search results and a positive user experience, growing site traffic, lead volume and brand awareness. The candidate will have the opportunity to work from Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo in an international environment for a global organization. 

III. Typical Duties and Responsibilities 

• Studying traffic and analytics
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO 
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Develop and implement link building strategy
• Creating effective ranking strategies
• Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
• Work with marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
• Track all internet marketing activities
• Drafting marketing materials and strategy to contribute to the company’s positioning in search engines
• Perform regular market analysis – identifies and targets new and existing services, opportunities, and market changes/conditions for internet marketing and ranking
• Responsible for company’s Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing
• Generate and analyze various reports from SEMrush and Google Analytics
• Articulate Scheme Description

IV. Preferred Qualifications 

• Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO
• Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problems
• Work under pressure and good stress management
• Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
