What will YOU do? 

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Officer to drive our social media presence and engagement across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing social media campaigns, crafting engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our digital footprint. 

Key Responsibilities 
 

  • Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals in the region. 
  • Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms tailored to regional audiences. 
  • Manage social media accounts and monitor activity. 
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions and questions in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with followers, influencers, and partners within the specific region. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies and adjust strategies as needed. 
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve social media tactics. 
  • Increase the visibility and reputation of the PECB brand in the region through targeted social media campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. 
  • Collaborate with Business Development on the creation and distribution of partner flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials. 
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance monitoring. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and promotions. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and trends. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, copyright laws, and platform-specific guidelines. 
  • Work in close coordination with Market Research Officer about trends and insights to optimize social media strategies. 

     

Preferred Requirements 
 

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in social media management. 
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools. 
  • Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads). 
  • Ability to work independently (with minimum supervision) as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Marketing. 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights for strategy optimization. 
  • Ability to work well under pressure, grasp new ideas quickly, think outside the box, and keep up with a dynamic environment; 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Willing to learn and grow as well as to challenge and contribute to ideas. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse community of partners and followers. 
  • Self-motivated and proactive in staying current with industry developments. 
  • Any other related tasks assigned by management.
