We are looking for a solution architect to join our growing team. Key responsibilities will be in supporting client engagement activities, including technology and SDLC discovery, creating and reviewing solution designs and providing technology support to scrum teams. There will be significant interaction with technical and functional stakeholders.
Our successful candidate will have strong communication skills both verbal and written. They must be able to think on their feet and be able to pivot on ideas and approaches. Creativity, innovation and attention to detail are key in building confidence with our clients, alongside in-depth subject matter expertise.
Key responsbilities
The Solution Architect will be required to:
- Analyse technology environments and understand SDLC
- Analyse enterprise specifics
- Analyse and document requirements
- Establish technology collaboration frameworks and tooling (DevOps)
- Create solution prototypes
- Document designs
- Participate in technology selection
- Control solution development
- Promote and uphold security standards
- Support scrum teams
- Mentor more junior colleagues within our technology communities of practice

Skills Knowledge and Experitse
The Solution Architect should demonstrate the following skills & experience:
- +10 years’ experience in technical solution design and architecture roles
- Experience gained from working in client-facing roles within a leading IT services company, systems integrator or management consulting firm
- Must have strong experience of digital transformation, road maps, target operating models, cost reduction, performance improvement
- Demonstrate deep analytical skills
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Agile ways of working and experience supporting clients adopting Agile
- Must have strong stakeholder management and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be able to influence and negotiate
Evidence collaborative working both with internal teams and client teams
