The Tech Content Developer will be part of the Product Development team in Prishtina, Kosovo. What will YOU do?

Usually, the candidate that best fits this position is somebody who is willing to learn new things continuously, likes to research and review, has a great comprehension of information security and cybersecurity techniques, and possesses great communication skills in English (both verbal and in writing).

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Conduct market research and collaborate with experts on topics related to information security and cybersecurity
• Design and develop written material regarding information security and cybersecurity, as well as relevant laws, regulations, and standards
• Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, coherency, and adherence to predetermined guidelines/criteria
• Review finalized content (in the form of video lectures) as per predetermined criteria
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to develop high-quality content
• Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in the field of information security and cybersecurity, as well as relevant laws, regulations, and standards
• Work cohesively within the team by regularly giving and receiving feedback
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Your profile

• Proven experience in content writing, lesson planning, and IT
• Bachelor’s degree (or attending their last year of studies) in IT, Engineering, or a similar field
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office package (especially in Word and PowerPoint)
• Strong comprehension of technical concepts, information security, and cybersecurity techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Full spoken and written proficiency in English
• Willingness to learn new topics and extend beyond the comfort zone
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements
• Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism and make improvement on tasks as requested
