Technical Support/Helpdesk


Some tasks you may be involved in include:

  • Monitor the day-to-day performance of networks, computers, and other IT devices.
  • Working with customers through the phone or other communication lines to identify problems and advising on the solution
  • Logging and keeping records of customer queries
  • Monitoring, Testing, and fixing faulty equipment
  • Obligated to escalate as soon as a problem is discovered, to the proper personnel
  • Other duties as required

Required skills:

  • Strong technical background
  • An ability to assess each customer/employee's IT knowledge levels
  • Logical thinker
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills
  • English language
  • Android knowledge is desirable
  • Flexible working hours and schedule
