Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical inquiries and issues from customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
- Analyze and diagnose software-related problems, utilizing your strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Guide customers in the implementation and integration of our software solutions, providing code-level support and debugging assistance when necessary.
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system to ensure proper follow-up and efficient problem resolution.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and technical documentation for internal and external use.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, particularly in the JavaScript ecosystem, and share knowledge with team members.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to the development team on product improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and recurring issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with debugging tools and techniques for JavaScript-based applications.
- Ability to read, interpret, and debug code written in JavaScript and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences.
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks is a plus.
