Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team. This role involves creating user-centric designs that enhance the usability and user experience of our cybersecurity platform. You will work closely with our UI designers and development team to ensure that our platform is both functional and intuitive.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to guide the design process.
- Collaborate with UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with user experience goals.
- Stay updated on the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in designing for complex systems or cybersecurity platforms.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with UI design and development processes.
