What we´re looking for
We are looking for a WordPress / Front-End Developer, who's a skilled person especially on the front-end side as well as on the backend side with Wordpress. The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems, as well as experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build websites, prototypes and applications using the latest frontend technologies
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Working closely with the design and project resources to achieve the best possible results in web projects from conception right through to delivery
- Ensuring all work adheres to current industry best practice
- Use common sense at all times and pay close attention to detail
Skills and Qualifications
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, etc.
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- Desire to collaborate and learn constantly
- Ability to effectively manage your time around multiple projects
