IT Practician - Prishtinë

KiKxxl & evroTarget L.L.C. is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated IT Intern to join our dynamic team in Prishtina.

This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong passion for IT and are eager to gain practical experience in a professional environment. As an IT Practician, you will have the opportunity to work on various IT projects and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in providing technical support to end users and help troubleshoot IT-related issues.

- Learn to maintain and manage computer hardware, software, and networking equipment.

- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and upgrade IT systems and infrastructure.

- Gain exposure to IT project management methodologies and contribute to project tasks.

- Assist in system testing, documentation, and user training.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in IT and share relevant insights with the team.

- Participate in IT meetings and contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

- Support the IT team in ensuring data security and system integrity.

- Help maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and user documentation.

Qualifications:

- Strong enthusiasm and passion for IT and technology.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.

- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute positively to the team's objectives.

- Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications or coursework in IT-related subjects.
