Senior Go Developer 4-Day Workweek

Our goal is to provide the best software for the insurance industry, precise comparisons, digital processes, and state-of-the-art technology. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of .NET technologies, the software development life cycle, and agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• The role involves working on insurance comparison software products within an agile team following the Scrum methodology.

• Design and implement REST APIs

• Strong experience with Go, including goroutines and concurrency patterns

• Experience with Go modules and dependency management

• Strong understanding of Go memory management and performance optimization

• Familiarity with Go frameworks (e.g., Gin, Echo, Fiber)

• Technical Conception and Documentation: Involves designing and documenting new features.

• Independence: Encourages working independently and taking responsibility.

• Agile Values: Highlights the importance of transparency, openness, communication, innovation, goal orientation, efficiency, and fairness within the company.

Requirements

• Education and Experience: Requires a degree in computer science, extensive professional experience (2-5 years) in software development, or comparable training.

• Solid experience with Go.

• Solid backend and database knowledge.

• Clean and structured coding mindset.

• Ability to work independently, innovate and bring new ideas.
