POSITION:         Capacity Building Officer

staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff.We’re looking for an energetic and highly-ambitious Capacity Building Officer to join our client’s Non-Profit Organization. He/she would be responsible for identifying the training needs and coordinate activities for our client. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, plan and organize capacity building training requirements for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)
• In cooperation with the project manager and stakeholders, helps with preparing media for information and capacity building of CSOs
• Support NGOs to develop their capacity and operate to their best practice, including the registration, organization and reporting obligations
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, including reporting in the monitoring and evaluation system
• Assist in the implementation of activities and the organization of meetings and other event of the projects
• Track and report relevant developments, especially the ones that may affect the methodology of the implementation of project activities
• Lead the monitoring of the beneficiary organizations of financial support through visits and regular communication
• Perform any other tasks related to capacity building, planning and implementation

 

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in fields related to economic or social sciences 
• At least 2 years of experience in activities for capacity building, planning, organization and their implementation
• Experience in working with partners or other stakeholders and CSOs (preferably local ones)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, in both written and oral
• Outstanding organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Emotionally intelligent, able to build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders

 

OFFER:

• Salary ranging from 900€ – 1,200€ Gross, based on qualification and experience
• Working hours 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday (14:00)
