PAY:                         1,500€ +/-

 

staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for an energetic, highly-ambitious and experienced Operations Manager to join our client’s growing team in Kosovo, in the industry of Production. Their main duties include overseeing company activities coordinate the essential functions required to manage their workflow and achieve goals.

      

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily operations in production run smoothly and align with quality standards
• Implementing company strategies related to production operations and quality assurance
• Planning production in coordination with the General Manager and production department
• Managing purchases of raw materials and coordinating communication with suppliers
• Optimizing processes and increasing overall efficiency of the production plant
• Knowledge of cost price calculation
• Shift planning (HR) in coordination with the production manager 
• Other relevant duties as assigned by supervisor

 

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, ideally in operations management, business or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a management/supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing sector
• Excellent communication skills in English, in both written and oral (obligatory).
• Excellent knowledge on Excel and other MS office formats
• Knowledge of Albtrix accounting software or other ERP system will be considered an advantage
• Outstanding organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
